Our client is a professional Chartered Accounting firm based in the CBD. They are well known within their field of expertise. This is an amazing opportunity to work for three Partners in a highly regarded organisation. 

In this busy Personal Assistant role you will be responsible for formatting tenders and documents. These are subject to constant changes so you must be a perfectionist as well as having excellent attention to detail. You will also be responsible for classic PA duties such as diary management, organising travel and managing expenses. This role will combine your excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail with your proactive nature. You will be an active member of the team and be able to step into the role from day one. 

You will have solid Microsoft office skills, especially in Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Excel is desirable.  As a team player, you will be able to work autonomously and be able to think on your feet. Your excellent communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
