Rubicor Workforce is now accepting applications for our globally recognised, FMCG market leading client who is conveniently located on the South End of the Central Coast, this multi-national company requires reliable workers with production line experience and a current forklift license to join their team for ongoing casual employment. Machine operators who have transferable skills and are encouraged to apply.
Please note that this will be a Casual / On-Call role where short notice availability is required.
Quality control is a key element of this water bottling facility. Your role will vary daily; generally it is to work the bottling line, ensuring the utmost attention to detail so that the finished product is of the highest possible standard. As the product is then palletised, you will need support and assist your team in utilising twin tyne forklifts to load the pallets onto trucks, and that is where your forklift experience will see you first considered.
Your ability to respond positively to a changing work environment is needed. As such, you will need to bring with you demonstrated experience within a repetitive and rapid environment. You will need to think on your feet and hit the ground running. Our client runs a 24/7 production and as such we require flexibility for our employees to work the day shift and up to 12 hours during peak periods. Generally it is Monday to Friday with some Saturdays on offer.
In this role your duties may include:
Assistance with machine and line operation.
Manual handling in an FMCG environment.
Hygiene QA and maintenance duties as required.
Driving twin tyne forklifts in an FMCG environment.
Manoeuvring the forklift in narrow, high-traffic or shared space.
- In addition to having experience within the above, you must be comfortable with the following criteria:
Recent, demonstrated experience in a process work/production line environment with machine operation.
Ability to lift 25kg without assistance.
Ability and willingness to work 12 hour shifts where needed - Peak period only.
Own reliable transport.
