Reporting into Senior Management, the primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage teams of technical and operational staff to achieve the highest levels of productivity, safety, budget requirements, cost efficiencies and environmental standards. The role also has a strong focus on continuous improvements, process and systems efficiencies and managing technology and assets. This is a true leadership role.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be tertiary qualified in a discipline such as engineering, science, metallurgy or a similar field. In terms of work experience you will ideally have worked in an industry such as manufacturing, mining or other related industries with experience around people leadership and continuous improvements.
