The Role 
  • Assist the Client Solution team in managing clients' relationships, setting up strategies and monitoring campaigns' performance 
  • Manage the programmatic team as well as the others specialists implied in your business 
  • Set up, manage and optimise complex programmatic campaigns
  • Ensure budgets are respected 
  • Develop programmatic operations and optimisation best practices 
  • Always seek for new ways and new solutions to improve your clients' performance 
  • Handle technologies: DSP, DMP, ad servers 
  • Develop strategies, manage reporting and communication with your clients 
  • Constantly review your campaigns performance, optimise and recommend solutions
  • Grow your team capability

Your Background
  • 8+ years professional experience
  • 5+ years hands on experience in digital media and programmatic  buying (knowledge of The Trade Desk and DoubleClick Bid Manager)
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Experience in Ad ops and Ad trafficking (DoubleClick preferred)
  • Very good understanding of display and  paid search
  • Excellent data analytics skills (Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics and integrated experience managing Search, Display, Video, Social and/or Mobile Programmatic Media Buying)
  • Proactive, team player, solution finder, dynamic
  • Very good account management experience
  • Leadership skills
