International and well established Independent Media agency providing a full range of services to maximise their clients' ROI (media planning and buying, research insights, project management ...).
The Digital Team helps implementing the latest ad tech solutions and innovations while working with the Account Management team to deliver best in class digital campaigns.
- Newly created and reporting to the Head of Digital
- Be the Programmatic lead and expert within the agency
- Work closely with Account Management and Operations team
- Determine when a programmatic first approach fits within the clients' campaign strategy (digital display advertising focus)
- Evangelise programmatic, educate junior team members and account managers
- Set up and execute campaigns' structure, audience and targeting strategies
- Daily campaigns' monitoring and optimisation, improve performance and achieve clients' KPIs
- Campaigns' evaluation, data analysis and insights sharing
- Test new solution and data suppliers
- Maintain beneficial relationships with media owners
- Bachelor degree holder
- 3+ years' experience in programmatic
- Google stack expert
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep the team up to date
- Proactive, share relevant ideas and proposals to account management team
- Multitasker, organised, high standard
- Written and spoken Cantonese and English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
