Job Description

On behalf of our client, Rubicor Technical are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the digitisation program of it’s HR systems landscape through the implementation of their People Systems Roadmap. At the cornerstone of program is the implementation of a world class full suite, Enterprise Human Capital Management System (EHCM) solution, SuccessFactors.

As part of the People and Culture team, this role will report directly to the Manager People Systems, partner strongly with key ICT and Payroll stakeholders and be supported by a team of experienced Business Analysts, Technical and Functional experts and Change Managers.
The program has now progressed into first iteration of functional configuration so candidates will be required to ‘hit the ground running’. Mandate will be to project manage the first phase of the implementation program through to March 2020, including Employee Central, Learning, Workforce planning & OnBoarding.
Specifically this person will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining schedules, budgets, resourcing, issues and risks for multiple streams and work packages in line with the approved scope and budget for the project.
  • Managing internal and contractor resources and vendor partners to ensure delivery against contractual and business requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Engage and interface with ICT and Payroll SMEs and other technology based projects to ensure management of critical interdependencies and overarching impacts across the enterprise ICT architecture
  • Provide management, team leadership, direction and guidance in the delivery of the program
  • Transfer and build capability in the design, build and optimal execution of cloud based technology projects
  • Reporting project performance through Steering Committees and executive level Project Control Group
As the successful candidate they will ideally have proven success  implementing SAP Success Factors in a large complex organisation or other contemporary cloud based HR solutions. Will also be an experienced Project Manager leveraging Agile methodologies to compliment your depth of project management skills and expertise including:
  • High level of skill in developing and managing work packages, schedules, budgets, resourcing and risk for multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • PRINCE2 accreditation (not essential but highly desirable)
  • Intermediate or above level of confidence in Microsoft applications including Project and Visio
