This role is to assist in ensuring that facilities are managed and maintained in accordance with strategic and operational objectives along with Government policy.
- Manage all facilities, including owned and leased properties;
- Contributes to the development and implementation of facility services policies and practices;
- Responsible for project managing activities relating to the maintenance, repair and fit out of existing facilities;
- Coordinate Facility Lease arrangements.
- Understanding of property (facility) lease management arrangements;
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management;
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills;
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
