Our client is one of the well known global fintech brand. It's Singapore team is progressing well and the business is looking for a strong QA talent with strong leadership background to be part of the team. 

This position reports to the Head of Singapore and will be managing a team of QA globally. You will be working closely with both product and project teams. You will be expected to put QA processes into place to ensure smooth delivery. You need to manage the QA daily processes too such as automation initiatives. 

What you'll need? 
  • Bachelor Degree in the related field 
  • Strong leadership skills, experience in managing global team would be an added advantage 
  • Strong experience in testing/QA especially in automation (eg, SoupUI, SmartBear and etc)  
  • Experience in putting processes into place  
  • Open to travel
