WHAT it’s about:
Hiring Recruiter (Sales & Marketing) to be a part of our client’s Sales & Marketing functions. You will have an opportunity to design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
You will work onsite with our client and conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading Active & Passive talent and regularly manage pipeline activity & maintain data integrity.
You will have an exceptional opportunity to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders & collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
This is a 12 months renewable contract to permanent role.
WHAT you’’ll need:
- 5 years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
- Recruitment focus needs to be on Sales & Marketing roles - IT roles will good add on
- 360 full cycle recruitment experience will be nice to have
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Experience in developing complex compensation packages and general HR requirements as related to hiring
- Sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill reqs
- Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
- Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally
- CEI certification will be good to have
