An exciting opportunity to be a part of a high performing team within a growing Perth owned organisation has arisen. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator with high energy, positive spirits and an ability to perform to an exceptionally high standard.
 
Supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants within a niche area you will take responsibility for all administrative duties including:
  • Managing the internal database - updating information and details
  • Data entry and administration – including but not limited to formatting resumes, completing reference checks, internal invoicing documents, organising documents in preparation for consultants’ meetings, posting of job ads
  • Communicating with internal staff members in relation to administration and processing 
  • Organising and booking in candidate interviews, client meetings and briefs
  • Establishing and managing new processes relevant to the team
  • Conducting market research for business development and/or other ad-hoc research necessary
  • Dicta typing all forms of correspondence
