With over 25 years providing quality temporary, contract and permanent recruitment solutions to the Australian public sector, we have forged an intimate knowledge of the demands facing both our clients and candidates. We specialise in formal preferred supplier relationships within the public sector, and also have the adaptability and expertise to work with both our public service and private sector clients on an as-needs basis.
Our small team is looking for an all-round administrator to support the recruitment consultants manage their growing business. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with plenty of variety and challenge.
This opportunity will suit someone with excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong database & Excel skills, a head for numbers, an ability to manage regularly scheduled tasks, and an ability to liaise well with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day duties include:
  • Reception – attend to all incoming enquiries – phone, email, walk-ins
  • Resourcing – monitor incoming online applications, and conduct first level resume screening as instructed by consultant
  • Contract administration – update payroll systems with accurate details on pay rates; contract commencement and completion dates; job details; client details, etc.
  • Office administration – manage the day-to-day requirements of the office such as stationery supplies; liaising with IT, etc.
