The role:
Working with the recruitment team you will support the recruiters as they search for and bring the best talent in the market into the business. This role is Sydney based, however, you will also be required to provide support to the wider teams in the APAC region! This is a fantastic role for a strong administrator who is comfortable working across multiple time zones and a large number of projects. 

The Day to Day:
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Communicating with Interviewers, In-House Recruiters and Sourcers
  • Coordinate travel for candidates as required 
  • Maintain recruitment database 
  • Arranging of assessments
Skills & Experience:
  • 2-3 years in an administrative role
  • Exceptional Attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple timezones
  • Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
  • Outgoing with excellent problem solving abilities
