The Company:

The Role:

Working closely with recruitment team you will be on hand to assist them with administrative tasks of the recruitment process. You will be a key member of the team and be involved in many projects, organisation of events, coordinating travel and accommodation for candidates. Working closely with the team manager you will prepare reports and presentations, along with insuring internal processes and procedures are maintained. 

The day to day: 

  • Diary management & Scheduling of Interviews
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings
  • Posting job advertisements
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Manage internal systems
  • Coordinate events
  • Office Management Duties 
Skills & Experience 
  • 2-3 years administrative experience in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Tech savvy
  • Can do, positive attitude
  • Recruitment agency experience (Highly Desirable)
