Full Job Description You will be sourcing niche candidates for top tier banking and electronic trading firms as well as boutique Hedge Funds and vendor side companies within the capital markets space covering application support, developers, BA's and Project Managers all the way up to heads of technology, you will also be taking on some business development and learning the best ways to maximize your candidates potential

What we're looking for Ideally we are looking for an experienced talent manager with experience in the Australian and APAC markets, a background in Fintech is desired as having this experience would be beneficial when trying to understand what our clients are looking for. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well established brand in the FinTech space throughout the Apac region and will enable you to learn from an experienced team that's going through exciting period of growth!
