Reporting to the General Manager of Risk and Compliance, this is an unique role that will enable you to utilise your current skill set and develop your career in this ever changing industry.
As a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the control environment within General Insurance is strong through regular monitoring, testing and reporting and ensuring that BAU, projects and ad-hoc initiatives are all supported from a risk and control perspective. You will also manage incidents and provide advice to stakeholders on how to manage this issues. A large part of your role will also be to manage any general insurance regulatory correspondence accordingly. You will not have any direct reports in this role at this time but this may change in the coming months.
To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Compliance, and ideally within General Insurance. You must have exceptional communication skills, be independent and innovative and be a strong team player.
