As a market leader in wealth management, our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Qualified Advisers, who advise clients on their Super, Investments and Pension products, allowing them to make informed decisions on their financial options.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Maintain day to day operations of the team
  • Drive results in a fast paced environment
  • Support the Senior Manager with the BAU management of the team
  • Training and development of staff 
  • Personal development plans
  • Monitor KPIs and performance
  • Ensure quality of calls and service by Advisers
  • Process improvements and implementation
Your skills and experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • RG146
  • 1-3 years' experience in managing a client service or sales team
  • Driven and focused on results
  • Ability to motivate and communicate well with team members
  • Reporting and data analysis experience
