Salesforce Business Systems Administrator

Our client is currently seeking the services of an experienced CRM Systems Administrator to work on the implementation and evaluation of a CRM project. This is a unique and multi-faceted position which will enable you to take on a wide range of tasks from developing CRM solutions to project management.
 

To be successful in this role, you will have experience:

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering business systems solutions
  • Developing and maintaining systems, policies, procedures and resources 
  • Coordinating research initiatives to provide recommendations for developing and maintaining business systems
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and coordinating project management tasks
  • Creating and deploying customised CRM solutions
  • Providing on-going training and support to users
  • Communicating effectively, both written and verbal
