Due to continuous growth our client is looking for a Senior Administrator working in a busy corporate/professional environment to join them in their state of the art premises with a beautiful outlook over Canberra.  If you are a Senior Administrator who enjoys variety, multi-tasking and being busy so your day flies by then this organisation is wanting to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
  • General administration support to the Management team.
  • Ensure all enquiries and urgent matters are dealt with in an effective and timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients; and build strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Management of Meetings, including collation of reports required for the meeting, taking minutes and scheduling.
  • Managing the diaries and task lists, and provide administrative support to others as required.
