As a Senior Escalations Officer, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, with end to end accountability, working together with internal teams, managing complaints and compliments and acting as a point of escalation and advice for internal teams, including client service and managers. 

You should have experience in social media complaints and escalation management, a strong understanding of financial services products, regulation and compliance, a high attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
