The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to their valued customer base, and actively participate in campaigns resulting in the achievement of sales targets. As this is a phone based role, you will require exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing customers.
- Respond promptly, providing information and options to customers.
- Ability to understand and deal with a large variety of queries across banking and asset finance products.
- Willingness to provide exceptional client service at all times is essential.
- Building rapport and successfully maintaining relationships with customers you come into contact with.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Tertiary Qualified.
- RG146 partially/compliant is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer services / phone based role is advantageous.
- Dedication to provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Flexible and adaptive nature.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and progress retail product knowledge.
- Driven to achieve objectives and team orientated.
