Our client is seeking to find a team orientated, professional, well-spoken Level 2/3 Desktop Support Expert to join their team in an on-going contract role. Bring your excellent customer service /desktop support skills and ability to support clients to these career building roles.

- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Desktop Support Officer
- Experience in providing Lev,1 & 2 support over the phone
- Experience in Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 Suites
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Experience with Active Directory / Group Policy
- Experience with MS Windows Exchange 2007/2010/2013
- General network management (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc)
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to resolve complex hardware and software faults
- Some experience working with Linux Server Environment
- Must have experience in Virtualization, Hyper-V
