Currently we have multiple Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Officer positions for various clients.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Desktop Support Officer
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS)
  • Experience in providing Level 1 & 2 support over the phone
  • Experience in Office 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 Suites
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • Experience with Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Experience with MS Windows Exchange 2007/2010/2013
  • Experience in AWS and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with hardware builds, installations and roll-out
  • Knowledge of L2 and L3 networking concepts
  • Certificate of ITIL v3 Foundation
