Senior Housing Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced housing officer/property manager to assist a small team in property and tenancy management services.

Your responsibilities:
  • Provide advice, direction and support to clients and management;
  • Managing tenant sign-ups
  • Placing job orders for repairs and maintenance issues
  • Performing professional asset inspections
  • Performing monthly rent reviews
  • Managing tenant arrears
  • Manage vacant and void properties
  • Maintain regular contact with tenants
  • Manage timely processing of invoices
  • Manage client short-lists and wait-lists
  • Accurate record keeping and database entry
Your background:
  • Experienced Housing Officer/Property Manager
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • High level of judgement, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders and tenants at all levels and with diplomacy
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently or in a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritise demanding workload
