Senior Program Architect – Enterprise Systems Engineers
  • Must hold a current security clearance (Baseline minimum)
  • 10 + yrs experience in a similar role
  • 2 positions, 12 month contracts with possibility for extensions
Our government client is seeking two experienced Senior Program Architects (SPA) resources that can assist the Department’s Senior IT Executive to proactively manage and provide strategic, enterprise-level advice across all stakeholder cohorts to achieve technological based innovative outcomes at the enterprise level. The successful candidates will commence on July 29 for an initial 12 month contract, with the possibility for two, twelve month extensions.
 
Hourly rate: $160 - $170 per hour plus 9.5% Super
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering overall technical vision for a number of high priority solutions that will provide the basis for the Department continuing up scaling of its environment and transitioning into a self-sustaining in house IT workforce
  • Designing, describing and managing delivery of the solution engineered in relation to specific business problems
  • Heavily involved in the testing, implementation and deployment of a number of core solutions for the Department
  • Proactively manage and provide strategic, enterprise-level advice across all stakeholder cohorts to achieve technological based innovative outcomes at the enterprise level.
 
Your Background:
  • You must be an Australian Citizen
  • You must hold a current security clearance (Baseline minimum)
  • At least ten years’ experience in people management and leading technical teams
  • You must have Architecture experience and relevant development experience across a broad set of enterprise technologies, including integration and middleware technologies.
  • Strong Agile project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Extensive experience in system integration with leading edge technologies including but not limited to:
    • o Cloud
    • o Hybrid
    • o Cyber Security
