What you’ll do
- Evaluate customer interactions
- Perform reviews on files
- A key figure in leading the operations claims team.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team
- Provide coaching feedback to consultants
- Design and deliver insight reporting and results to leadership team
- Support team leaders with escalations and complaints as required
- On boarding of new staff to the team
- Experience handling claims
- A Customer focus with experience in the financial services industry
- Strong communication skills- written and verbal
- Experience in coaching staff
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
