Reporting into a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the technical reviews of various operational tasks for the company. You will act as a point of referral for the Quality Assurance Consultants, including the on-boarding of new clients and managing claim and QA disputes. You will also assist the Senior Manager with operational risk audit issues and work closely with them to identify emerging trends.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in claims handling with a financial and customer focus, preferably in financial services or insurance. You should have strong problem solving and trend analysis skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
