Our client is a global consulting company who has strong presence in the financial industry. It is currently setting up a new unit that focuses on the delivery success to the customers. Thus, a caliber professional with strong experience in support environment is sought after.
  
You will be shaping a new team to ensure the deliverables to the clients are met within the APAC region. You will also contribute in providing technical solutions while working very closely with the development team across the globe. You are expected to ensure the quality of delivery and support provided to the clients are up to the standard. This is also an opportunity for you to continually develop the current technology state in the company.
  
What’ll you need?
  • Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong experience in service delivering/production support
  • Ability to deal with technical and non-technical resources
  • Technical skills (minimum of 3)
    • SQL database administration experience,
    • Web development background (eg. HTML, CSS, Javascript)
    • Agile Scrum experience
    • Coding experience
