This is an outstanding opportunity to use your customer service/service desk experience onsite with a Government client of this large corporation.  Using your excellent communication skills you will be working with a range of customers from across the department to help with their level one helpdesk issues.

To be successful in securing an interview for this role you MUST be able to demonstrate the following:

  • NEG VET 1 clearance
  • Customer service experience - ideally in a contact centre or service desk environment
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to navigate across multiple databases
  • ITLM Knowledge is highly desirable but not essential for this role.

These positions are available on a full time basis for 12 months and only candidates who can commit to the whole period will be considered.
