Our client; a thriving business that supplies food and beverage related machinery to leading National organisations within the Retail Sector are seeking experienced an experienced Service Desk Co-ordinator to commence in an ongoing casual position with a view of moving to a permanent role.
Working within a team dynamic; the successful applicant will be responsible for providing Business to Business customer service and scheduling Field Technician site visits
To be considered for this role applicants will:
Be available for an immediate start
Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrate experience working in team focused environments
Have a minimum of 2 years recent experience working in an administration or B2B customer service capacity
