Our client is looking for a Coordinator for their Service Desk Team. 

To be considered for the role, candidate must have:
  • Experience managing a small ServiceDesk team
  • Managing rosters/shift work
  • Must have great people management skills
  • Focus on people development, process adherence, rostering
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines & changing priorities
  • “People Person”
  • SLA/Incident Management
  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • ServiceNow (or equivalent, albeit ServiceNow working knowledge and ability to report is a definite advantage)
