About us:
We are a small team (9) of recruiters, mostly recruiting within banking and administration. We are one business unit of a larger ASX listed company with offices throughout Australia and the entire APAC region. Based int eh heart of the CBD we are quite an active bunch who enjoying gymming during lunch or after work, team lunches on a Friday, morning/afternoon teas and lots of other social outings. Being part of a larger group, there is also the opportunity to be invited on the annual overseas trip made up of top performers and admin superstars who keep the business running! Previous years trips have been to Bali and Hawaii. 

The Role:
This is not a recruitment role. This is an administrative role that will see you have alot of involvement with other areas of the business, mostly finance. You will be on hand to assist the consultants with day to day admin, payroll and finance queries and reporting. 

The day to day
  • Formatting resumes
  • Organising client and staff events
  • Creating reports and presentions
  • Updating and maintaining database 
  • Provide administration assistance to the team
  • Ensuring timesheets are submitted and approved
  • Assisting finance with invoices
  • Compliance checking and reporting

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous recruitment admin experience (not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work autonomously
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Strong MS Office skills
