The role involves assisting the Business Development Director in supporting one of the top teams. You will be the key person to ensure the administration runs smoothly and the team is assisted above and beyond. This includes organising meetings, producing paperwork for meetings and setting up conference calls and booking lunches. You will organise travel and expenses and manage documents. 
  
You will be advanced at Microsoft Word and intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to MYOB is a distinct advantage. There is opportunity to develop your skills and learn as you go.
