We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to support our Office Support and Banking and Finance Teams with all administrative support.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established agency where you will be an integral team member who contributes to the ongoing success of the business.  

Supporting a young dynamic team with all administrative duties such as:
  • Management of the database
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our current temps and contractors
  • Formatting of documents and resumes
  • Taking up verbal and written references
  • Working with Finance for weekly and monthly payroll
  • Working closely with seasoned performers to gain solid understanding and knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Accurate message taking and transferring of calls for consultants
  • Lunchtime cover for Reception 
  
Key skills and requirements:
  • Strong administration skills within a corporate environment, ideally from Financial or Professional Services
  • Strong attention to detail, business acumen, client service orientated
  • Excellent work ethic, willingness to learn and get involved with all elements of the business
  • Friendly, positive, energetic, highly motivated, ambitious & enjoys liaising with people
  • Enjoys working in a sales/revenue driven work environment
  • Professional, fun, social, engaging team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages
