Presales Manager (Tech Solutions)

- Participates in solution pre-sales, demonstration, presentation and proposal preparation
- Assist Sales teams and suppliers with pre-sales technical solutions, design and project implementation
- Participates in product or solutions training to maintain technical knowledge, active certification and competence
- Resolve project issues and perform monitoring and control of project activities
- Identify and develop relationships with all key technical decision makers and influencers in each project
- Assist in determining the feasibility of proposal, conferring with customers and Sales team to clarify and/or resolve problems
- Responsible for knowledge transfer of advanced technical theory to team members

- Bachelor degree of Computer Science / Mathematics / Sciences / related disciplines
- 5 years or above relevant experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role servicing Goverment and Public Sector customers
- Experience in SAN, Security and Cloud solutions and pre-sales support activities (e.g. technical proposal preparation, demonstration and presentation)
- Self-motivated person with good analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skill of English and Cantonese
