The Company:

A premier IT solution provider headquartered in Hong Kong.

The Role:
  • Develop and sell solutions into a new business sector (Government and Public Services) and growing the sales team
  • Plan and implement a 3 year growth strategy, create and execute a business plan
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and maintain relationships with C-level executives to generate revenue
  • Manage complex enterprise solution lifecycles from bid management, negotiation through to project delivery
  • Spearhead the recruitment process and grow the sales team, provide presales/technical support to maximize success
Your Background:
  • Bachelors Degree is Business / Marketing / Computer / other relevant discipline
  • Proven track record as a successful sales team leader and top sales performer
  • 'Hunter' mind-set with experience in developing a new customer base in the Government and Public Services sector in Hong Kong
  • Ability to develop a strategic sales plan and communicate technical and business concepts to clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in Cantonese and English is a must
