The Role:
As the Contract Administrator, you will help streamline the ordering process for the largest deals. You will drive enhancements to processes and policies to increase sales velocity and improve operational efficiencies. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Deal Desk team and other cross functional stakeholders. You must have strong communication, organisational and time management skills and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.

The day to day:

  • Support the order process for APAC
  • Act as an advisor for the field sales teams
  • Serve as an escalation point to business partners
  • Build relationships with internal departments
  • Liaise with customers where necessary

Skills & Requirements:
  • BA/BS Qualification
  • 5+ years experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in sales operations or contracts management within a high-growth firm
